It would seem to me that Google is a very random beast. Things that work for some sites won't work for others depending on a variety of factors. Consistent link building seems to work in the long run, but sometimes Google takes its sweet time recognizing your effort.

I came to one blog site which have PR - 5. when I analysis the site came to know that the domain is of 6 months old. There is no more contents on the blogs and also not looking good. How is it possible to achieve PR - 5 within 6 months? Could you please clear me?
